Inn Policies
We require the first night full payment for a deposit to guarantee a room. There is a $25 charge to cancel a reservation once made up to 7 days prior to arrival....If there is a cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the full deposit is forfeited. We accept all major credit cards for payment. Sorry, we do not block rooms for groups.
We welcome dogs here as long as they are quiet, housebroken and not left alone in the guest room while the owners are out of the building. Dogs must be on a leash going in and out of the Inn. We can recommend walking areas and we have waste bags for guest convenience. There is a non-refundable $10 fee per dog per night.
We welcome children 10 years of age and older for a small fee of $25 if accompanying a couple in the same room. Please make arrangements with us ahead of time on both dogs and children as guests here at the Inn.....we appreciate that.
To ensure guest privacy, we allow only registered guests upstairs in our guest rooms.
Check-In is between 4pm and 10pm....please notify us if you are planning on late arrival.
Check-Out is by 11:00am......we do offer a late check-out on request for a small fee.
Full breakfast is served between 8am and 10am at your leisure. Please notify us when you reserve of any food allergies anyone in your group may have so we can prepare.
Advance reservations are required for lunch or dinner.
Also, if you require additional items in your room before arrival {flowers, champagne}, let us know in advance.
We have off road parking for our guests {one space per room}
Wi-Fi is available throughout the Inn....Each guest room has cable tv w/vcr/dvd/cd and we have a small video library for guests on the honor system....
We have a bar/lounge on site that remains open to our guests until 10pm
